As an HR Graduate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organisation’s Human Resources function. You’ll collaborate cross functionally, contribute to internal communications, and ensure compliance within company policies and employment laws. What you will be doing during the program:

  • Supporting the HR team, with the evolvement and improvement of policies, processes, systems, initiatives, and employee communications.
  • Managing employee relationships, responding to any queries or problems that they have and managing their expectations.
  • Analysing reporting data for trends and making suitable recommendations to the department and wider stakeholders.
  • Internal communications strategy and execution through collaborating with the external affairs team to develop and implement effective internal communication strategies. Lead the deployment of Microsoft Sway for engaging and visually appealing communications.
  • Assist the program coordinator in managing the UK&I Graduate program.
  • Support onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Working closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition (TA) to facilitate recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with external providers to organise webinars on financial and wellbeing support.
  • Handling day-to-day employee inquiries related to ER matters. Assist HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in managing disciplinary and grievance cases.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and employee resource groups to foster a positive organizational culture. Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
