iFAST Global Bank is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic IT Graduate to join our dynamic team. As an IT Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in various departments and gain valuable hands-on experience in the banking industry. You will be exposed to a wide range of IT projects and responsibilities, allowing you to develop a strong foundation in information technology and make a significant impact on the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of IT systems and applications specifically in cloud and on premises infrastructure.
  • Perform regular testing and debugging to ensure the functionality and performance of software systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users across different departments.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including software, and network components.
  • Monitor and analyze system performances to identify areas for improvement and propose suitable solutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in IT to continuously enhance the bank's technology capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
  • Familiarity with databases and SQL
  • Familiarity with APIs
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and adapting to changes
