Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistants to join our team starting in September 2024. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about education and looking to gain valuable experience in a supportive and dynamic school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in the preparation and delivery of engaging and effective lessons across various subjects.
  • Support individual students and small groups with their learning, providing targeted assistance where needed.
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of educational activities and projects.
  • Provide support during school events and extracurricular activities.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and classroom management as needed.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A recent graduate with a strong academic background.
  • Passion for education and a desire to pursue a career in teaching.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility and a proactive approach to work.
  • Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
