Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
  • Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assist with classroom management and behaviour monitoring.
  • Support students with special educational needs.
  • Participate in school activities, including extracurricular programs.
  • Contribute to the preparation of teaching materials and resources.

Requirements:

  • A degree in any discipline.
  • A genuine passion for education and working with young people.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
  • A DBS on the update service (essential).

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people is advantageous but not required.
  • Any voluntary or paid experience in educational settings will be beneficial.
